Styling & Staging Assitance
After years of photographing many types of homes in Alaska, we've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly! We want you to be set up for success for photo day. We've learned a lot over the years how small details in design, styling, and staging, can make or break the look of your photos.
We've come up with a list of staging preparations you can use to get your space ready for photos. This is perfect for if you already have a beautifully styled, magazine-worthy property and just want to make sure you haven't missed a thing in making it photo-ready.
Styling Assistance
Over the years we've noticed that some folks get very overwhelmed by the thought of trying to bring together a cohesive design for their short term rental. Because we want you to have the most success possible when you list your property, we've decided to start offering a couple of different options in Styling Assistance.
Walk-Through
$120 per visit
This will be a walk-through meeting at your short term rental where our styling expert will discuss with you your current STR design. She'll give feedback on what you've already done with your space and offer suggestions on how to use what you already have and make adjustments to the overall designs in each space. Assistance in rearranging furniture, adjusting art placement, or properly staging decor in a more aesthetic way can improve the overall look of your space without having to purchase any additional products. She will include suggestions for *optional* products you could purchase that would level up your space even more.

Digital Vision Board
$120 each design
This option will include a Zoom consultation where you will discuss what ideas you might be thinking about for your STR design with our styling expert. She will learn the styles you like and what you hope for your guests' experience. Then she'll create a collaborative Pinterest board where you can add pins of color schemes and home decor that draw your eye. She'll use this board to create a digital vision board for each room of your rental that brings together a cohesive and beautiful design with suggestions for furniture, artwork, linens, rugs, lighting, and decor. Our styling expert will include links to products that can be ordered online or you can look for similar items doing your own shopping.
